How to contact a seller
:::info Open it in ZonaCNC π Go to contact a seller from a listing on ZonaCNC β :::
When a machine catches your interest, the next step is reaching out to the seller. ZonaCNC is not a shopping cart or online store β you submit an inquiry and the seller replies to you directly. Use this guide whenever you want to ask about availability, price, condition, or any other detail of a listing.
Stepsβ
- Open the product listing for the machine you are interested in.
- Find the "ENVIAR SOLICITUD" (Send Inquiry) form β it is usually displayed alongside the listing details.
- Review the pre-filled message: it already references the listing. Edit it to add your specific question.
- Fill in your details: name, email, and phone number so the seller can get back to you.
- Click the send button. Your inquiry reaches the seller through ZonaCNC's internal messaging system.
- Keep an eye on your email and your message inbox β the seller will reply through there.

:::tip Tip The more specific your message, the faster and more useful the response. Mention the exact model and state clearly what you need: availability confirmation, delivery lead times, or a firm price. :::
Tipsβ
- Be specific. Mention the model or listing reference and state what you need to know: availability, final price, condition, year, hours of use, or the possibility of an on-site visit.
- Double-check your email and phone number. If they are incorrect, the seller will have no way to reach you.
- State your availability. If you prefer to be called at certain hours, mention it in your message.
- One inquiry per machine. If you are interested in several machines, send a separate inquiry for each listing so every conversation stays organized.
Common mistakesβ
- Leaving the pre-filled message as-is. It works, but a specific question gets far better answers.
- Forgetting your phone number. Many sellers prefer to finalize details by phone; without it you lose that option.
- Expecting an immediate reply. Sellers respond during business hours β give them a reasonable window.
