How to post a listing

Posting a listing is how you put your machine in front of professional buyers on ZonaCNC. The form guides you through all the relevant information and adapts to the category of the machine you are selling. Use this guide to complete your listing without missing anything important.

Steps​

  1. Sign in to your seller account.
  2. Click the "Sell machine" ("Vender máquina") button — or simply "Sell" ("Vender") — to open the listing form.
  3. Select the category that matches your machine. The form will show the fields specific to that category.
  4. Fill in the main details:
    • A clear, descriptive title.
    • Make and model.
    • Year of manufacture.
    • Condition (new, used, etc.).
    • Hours of use, if applicable.
    • Location of the machine.
  5. Enter the price, or tick the "ask for price" option if you prefer to negotiate directly with the buyer.
  6. Upload photos of the machine. The more and the better, the more trust you build.
  7. Write a detailed description and complete the technical specifications requested by the form.
  8. Submit the listing. It will go through a review process and, once approved, will be active and visible to buyers.

Tips​

  • Use a title that includes the make and model: that is what buyers type when searching.
  • Take photos in good light and from several angles, including close-ups of relevant details.
  • Be honest about the condition and hours of use: transparency avoids enquiries that go nowhere.

Common mistakes​

  • Choosing the wrong category means your machine will not show up in the right searches.
  • Leaving the description blank or very short significantly reduces the number of enquiries.
  • Uploading only one photo — or none at all — undermines the credibility of your listing.
