Do I need to register to search for machines?
No. You can browse and explore all listings freely, without creating an account. Registration is only necessary if you want to save favourites or set up search alerts. See how to search for machinery.
How do I contact a seller?
Every product listing includes options to get in touch with the seller (for example, a message form, phone number, or WhatsApp, depending on the seller). ZonaCNC has no shopping cart or online checkout: you contact and negotiate directly with the seller. See the guide on how to contact a seller.
How do I create a search alert?
With an account you can save your searches and receive notifications whenever machines matching your criteria appear. We explain this in saved searches and alerts.
How do I know if a seller is trustworthy?
Every seller has a public profile with their information and, where available, reviews from other users. Check these before closing a deal and report any concerns to support. See the seller public profile and reviews.
For sellers
How do I publish a listing?
You need a seller account. From your dashboard you can create a listing, add photos, and describe the machine. Follow the steps in publish a listing and get an overview in how to sell.
Is selling on ZonaCNC free?
ZonaCNC offers different seller plans with varying limits and features. Check the current terms in seller plans and resolve billing questions in subscription and billing.
How do I boost my listings for greater visibility?
You can increase the visibility of your machines by featuring them. We explain your options in featured listings.
Where do I manage my published listings?
From your seller dashboard you can view, edit, or remove your listings. Find it in my listings.
