How to report an issue

:::info Open it in ZonaCNC 👉 Go to Contact on ZonaCNC → :::

An issue is anything that is not working as it should: a listing showing incorrect data, an image that will not load, an error when trying to publish, or information that does not add up. Reporting it clearly is the fastest way to get it resolved. This guide explains how to do that and which details make the biggest difference.

Steps

  1. Identify clearly what is failing and where it happens (a specific listing, the publishing form, your account, etc.).
  2. If the issue involves a listing, open the machine page and copy its address (URL).
  3. Go to the "Contact us" ("Contacte con nosotros") link in the portal to open the support form or email.
  4. Describe the issue following the template in the next section.
  5. Attach or paste screenshots that show the problem.
  6. Submit the report and save the confirmation email or your own message as a reference.

How to describe an issue clearly

A good description answers these questions:

  • What you were trying to do. For example: "I wanted to publish a CNC lathe" or "I wanted to view the photos in a listing."
  • What actually happened. For example: "When I clicked Save, a blank screen appeared" or "The price displayed is not the one I entered."
  • Where it happens. The URL of the listing or page where the problem occurs.
  • When it happens. Always? Only sometimes? Did it start today?
  • What you have already tried. For example, refreshing the page, logging out and back in, or trying a different browser.

:::tip Tip Screenshots are worth a thousand words. If you can, capture the full screen including the browser address bar — that way we can see the exact URL and the error message at the same time. :::

Most common issue types

  • Listing with errors: incorrect data, price, or photos, or a listing that will not open.
  • Publishing problem: the form does not save, image uploads fail, or the process does not advance to the next step.
  • Incorrect data on your seller profile or in your account.
  • Unexpected portal behaviour: filters not working, searches returning no results when results are expected, etc.

:::warning Important If you believe a listing violates the platform rules (inappropriate content, false information, or suspected fraud), please report it through the contact form as well, including the URL. The team will review it. :::

Common mistakes

  • Not including the URL of the affected listing or page: without it, locating the issue takes much longer.
  • Describing only the symptom ("it doesn't work") without explaining what you were trying to do.
  • Sending several different issues in one confusing message: if they are separate problems, describe them separately.
