Seller phone number and WhatsApp

In addition to the contact form, many listings let you reach the seller by phone or WhatsApp. This is the fastest option when you need an immediate answer or want to arrange a visit. Use this guide whenever you prefer a direct conversation over sending a written enquiry.

Steps​

  1. Open the product listing for the machine you are interested in.
  2. Look for the phone button. For privacy reasons, the number is not displayed by default.
  3. Click the button to reveal the seller's phone number. Once visible, you can call it or copy it.
  4. If the seller has WhatsApp enabled, you will also see a WhatsApp button. Clicking it opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled opening message ready to send.
  5. Edit that message with your specific enquiry (model, availability, price) and send it.

:::tip Tip The number is hidden until you request it to protect the seller's privacy. It is perfectly normal for it to be hidden at first — just click the button. :::

Tips​

  • Call during business hours. You are much more likely to get through on the first attempt.
  • Have the listing reference handy. This helps the seller immediately identify which machine you are asking about.
  • Use WhatsApp for documentation. It is convenient for requesting photos, videos, or technical data sheets for the machine.
  • Not all listings have WhatsApp. The button only appears if the seller has set it up. If it is not there, use the phone number or the contact form.

Common mistakes​

  • Assuming there is no phone number because it is not visible. It is hidden for privacy; it appears once you click the button.
  • Looking for a WhatsApp button on every listing. It is optional for the seller and may not be available.
  • Starting the conversation without introducing yourself. State who you are and which machine you are interested in so the conversation moves forward quickly.
