If you have not yet settled on a specific model or you simply want to see what is available, browsing by category is the best starting point. The "Categories" menu organises all machinery on the marketplace into families and subcategories, so you can move from the general to the specific without typing anything into the search bar. Use it when you want to discover what is on offer, compare machine types, or browse at your own pace.
Steps
- Open the "Categories" menu from the page header.
- Choose a main family, for example: Metal Machinery, Machine Tools, Sheet Metal Cutting & Forming, Civil Engineering, Woodworking, or Plastics.
- Within the family, select a specific subcategory (lathes, milling machines, press brakes, punching machines, etc.).
- Review the listings for that subcategory.
- If you prefer to see everything at once, use the "View all machinery" option.
How the catalogue is organised
Families group broad areas of industrial activity, and each one is divided into more specific subcategories corresponding to particular machine types. For example, within the machine-tool family you will find subcategories such as lathes or milling machines; within sheet metal cutting and forming, press brakes or punching machines. This structure lets you narrow down step by step until you reach exactly the type of equipment you are looking for.
